Master Printmaker Joyce Zavorskas has dedicated her career to documenting the constantly changing coastal environment. Her site-specific process, located primarily on Cape Cod, MA, involves direct observation of the landscape and repeated visits throughout the seasons and across many years. Over decades of documenting the same specific places, her body of work has become an abstract archive of erosion, environmental change, and the power, beauty and imminent demise of nature.
