Join us for a fun night of drinks and art in support of growing outside! There will be a silent art auction featuring our awesome roster of outside artists, a cash bar, new merchandise, and donations will be accepted throughout the evening. Want to get in on the bidding action but can’t make it to the event? No problem, the auction will be mobile! See instructions for bidding remotely below.

We’re thrilled to announce that outside is now a fiscally sponsored non-profit, in partnership with Fractured Atlas. Donations of any amount ensure we’re able to continue providing a platform for artists to create meaningful work and the space to come together in celebration of the arts. Your fully deductible donation directly supports exhibitions, events and the development of new programming.

Here’s how to join the auction:

Text the keyword ‘Outside’ to 855-735-2437

  1. If you already have a Bidr account, you will be ready to bid!  If not, the text will welcome you to the auction and ask for your name.

  2. Once you have provided your name, Bidr will invite you to bid on an item by entering an item ID or by clicking on the link to the event website.

  3. You can find item numbers online at our auction page, as well as listed on the Item Cards set up at the event.

  4. Once you have texted the item number, Bidr will tell you what the current bid is.

  5. Then you simply text in your bid, no dollar signs or commas needed.

  6. Bidr will confirm your bid AND give you the opportunity to text “delete bid” if you entered your bid incorrectly.

  7. Bidr will notify you through text each time you are outbid and give you the opportunity to bid again.

**Should you have any problems bidding, an attendee will be on hand at the event to assist you. If you have questions regarding the auction or mobile bidding process before the event, contact the auction organizer at outside(at)thisisoutside(dot)com

**All item numbers will have a zero first. The zero must be input for the system to register this as an item and not a bid.

The auction will be open for bidding on Tuesday, May 15th from 5:30 – 8:30pm.

Visit our Bidr Event page to pre-register.
